Increase concentration, positive emotions. Heart & Mind coherence. Build healthier relations and a friendly inner dialogue.

Notice how a single fearful thought can create a shallow breath and make our heart race.

The way we think and communicate—both with ourselves and others—has the power to balance or unbalance our nervous system.

  • Higher self-confidence

  • Let go of doubt and make wiser, more aligned decisions

  • Release toxic guilt and shame

  • Break free from perfectionism

  • Identify toxic patterns—both in yourself and in others

  • Respond calmly and clearly when faced with toxic behavior

  • Develop a supportive and empowering inner dialogue

  • Create meaningful, healthy relationships

  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and impact

  • Incorporate confident, congruent body language into your communication

  • Know, honor, and protect your boundaries—and respect those of others

  • Recognize, understand, and regulate your emotions

  • Flow with your emotions instead of fighting them—heal emotional dysregulation

  • Become best friends with your emotions, and let them guide you toward aligned choices

  • researching and studying psychology since 25 years in an autodidact way, supervised by psychiatrist, psychologists and psychotherapists

  • Coaching women’s psychological growth for over 17 years.

  • Anxiety since early childhood (biting nails, extreme nervousness in stressful situations, high shame etc).
  • Panic attacks during adulthood.
  • Several mental diseases running in my family. It was difficult to find a space to express my emotions.
  • Pressure of achieving success while my born handicapped body was limiting my achievements.
  • Addictive behaviors while teenager.
  • Latent depression for years, until my 30’s.
  • Surrounded by some toxic behaviors when child, and being a strong empath, i then developed some intensively emotionally abusive relationships. After a deep inner work, i learned how to surround myself with only healthy minded people. I also learned how to deal with toxic behaviors.
  • My physical handicaps became at time a true challenge for my mind. I learned how to not add more psychological or emotional sufferances.
  • I was often stuck with my anxiety in paralyzed mode (freeze mode). I learned to change my inner dialogue and keep flowing with life and my emotions.
