-

- Anxiety since early childhood (biting nails, extreme nervousness in stressful situations, high shame etc).
- Panic attacks during adulthood.
- Several mental diseases running in my family. It was difficult to find a space to express my emotions.
- Pressure of achieving success while my born handicapped body was limiting my achievements.
- Addictive behaviors while teenager.
- Latent depression for years, until my 30’s.
- Surrounded by some toxic behaviors when child, and being a strong empath, i then developed some intensively emotionally abusive relationships. After a deep inner work, i learned how to surround myself with only healthy minded people. I also learned how to deal with toxic behaviors.
- My physical handicaps became at time a true challenge for my mind. I learned how to not add more psychological or emotional sufferances.
- I was often stuck with my anxiety in paralyzed mode (freeze mode). I learned to change my inner dialogue and keep flowing with life and my emotions.
