Life Calma is committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of its subscribers. This privacy policy explains what happens to the personal data you provide to us or that we collect during your visit to our site.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Subscription to the Life Calma newsletter is required to receive blog updates or to access coaching services and products sold by Life Calma. Visitors who subscribe to Life Calma must provide an e-mail address as well as their first and last name.
All data received when subscribing to Life Calma are kept for accounting purposes only and are treated with the strictest confidentiality and are not communicated to third parties.
Please note that our site is powered by WordPress. We are not responsible for any data collected by the WordPress application of which we have no knowledge.
If, at any time, a registered member of our website requests that we delete their registration and profile details, we will comply with their request as soon as we have verified that it is from the user in question.

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an online account, sign up to receive our emails, communicate with us on the Platforms or via third-party social media sites, or order our products or services.

All our prices are in US dollars and we accept the official exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

- Unique payment identifier

Testimonials & Comments
When visitors leave testimonials on Trust Pilot or other social media, you automatically agree that said testimonials may be published in whole or in part on the Life Calma sites.

Once your testimonial has been approved, your profile photo will be visible to the public in the context of your testimonial.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected information in a variety of ways, including to:
- provide the products and services you request;
- process transactions and send you related information (i.e., confirmations and receipts);

We use cookies when you browse our site.
When you register to access the member area we ask you to provide information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number and optional account information such as your username and password.

We also retain any comments or ratings you choose to leave on Trust Pilot or other social media.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
