What I’ve learned
Nature powers lover since forever.
Studied Naturopathy since the age of 25.
Grew up in a classical musical environment.

  • studied Naturopathy 2 years in a french school (Robert Mason) 2005-2007

  • learned music from 4 to 15 (piano, transverse flute, music theory, singing). In school (my class was half normal classes half music and dance) and in a renown conservatory.

  • studied art-therapy in psychotherapy school 1998-2001

  • grew up in a family using different natural methods for care and healing

  • introduced to more natural healing methods during all my life thanks to people i met and my forever researches

  • fell in love with essential oils while teenager

  • studied self care with cold and heat

  • grew up in the Opera of Paris (my dad was the manager there and my step mother a ballet dancer). I felt there for the first time the healing power of arts

  • grew up surrounded by high level musicians and dancers since birth

  • dance therapy

  • all my life studied and used sound/music-therapy in an autodidact way, and supervised by musicians & therapists

  •  
  • child and teenager, i always loved nature but felt sort of disconnected with it. Growing up in Paris probably didn’t help. Moving in beautiful south of France at 19 and then traveling and living in other parts of the world for more than a decade helped me to reconnect.

  • i had numerous health issues (since birth and all my life it continued because of birth issues). That brought me to look intensively for natural healing methods all around.

  • music and other arts ‘saved’ me from many dark moments. Art is still helping me to keep my emotions alive, flowing and healthy
