In general, i’ll need you to:
• communicate regularly, several times a week for the first months. Mostly via voice messages (more on our Communication below).
• be transparent and engage deeply in our conversations
• practice the agreed-upon exercises
• commit for at least 3 months -usually 6- to achieve lasting results
• overcome the resistances that will arise – often disguised as “good excuses”. (Read more on the right -> Resistances to change)
• stay persistent through all stages, especially the plateaus where growth isn’t yet visible. l’ll be here to support you through the hardest parts. (Read more on the right -> Phases of Growth)
• focus on enjoying the process more than chasing results. While we do work toward goals in coaching, over-focusing on them can create stress and slow your progress. When you’re committed and show up for the daily work — most days — the results will come, in their own time, when your body and mind are truly ready.

We all experience resistance to change — even when we deeply want it.
The key is to observe it with curiosity and, together with your coach, find gentle ways to release it.
Most resistance comes from old habits that feel safe and familiar — even when they’re painful.
Your higher self is ready to grow, but your brain often says “No,” simply because it fears the unknown.
Change becomes easier when we learn to reassure the brain and take small, consistent steps — even when it feels a bit uncomfortable at first.
With practice, the mind learns that change is safe… and even liberating.
Growth is rarely linear.
It usually follows a cycle like this:

Plateau

Push through — the hardest part. This stage takes mental strength. I’ll be here to support you, but your willingness to stay committed is key.

Second wave of growth

Second plateau

Push through again
…and so on.
Patience, perseverance, and a real commitment to change are essential for breaking patterns like chronic stress and anxiety.
The first cycles are usually the most challenging — your brain is adapting to new, unfamiliar behaviors.
But it gets easier. With time, change becomes safer, and even natural, for your brain.
COMMUNICATION
We communicate through the chat app Telegram.
It’s secure and easy to use, similar to WhatsApp, but with features that help keep our exchanges organized. I’ll guide you through everything once we begin.
Our conversations happen mostly through voice and text messages.
Many women with anxiety find this format deeply soothing — no pressure to be on camera, no stress about showing up “on time.” It removes distractions so we can focus fully on what matters most: The Work.
If truly needed, we can arrange audio or video calls — at the same rate as our regular voice and text exchanges.
You can message me anytime — day or night, from anywhere.
On weekdays, I’ll respond the same day or the next. Occasionally, there may be a one-day delay.
Weekends are free time — we reply only if we feel like it, no obligation.
Examples:

You message me on Monday → I reply Monday or Tuesday (occasionally Wednesday).

You message me on Friday → I may reply Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.
This rhythm supports consistency while respecting our natural flow and energy.
Here’s how time is counted:
I add up the total number of minutes from:
• Your voice messages
+
• My voice messages
If there are any longer text messages (sent or received), I estimate how long it takes me to read or write them. (Most of our communication will happen through voice messages.)
Each week, I’ll share the total time spent — in minutes.
You’re always welcome to double-check the time. I’ll show you how if you’d like.

COMMUNICATION

We communicate via the application Chat called ‘Element’ or ‘Telegram’.
They are secure chat app, similar to whatsapp. They have options that facilitate the organization of our communication.
I will explain more when we start the coaching.

We exchange through voice & text messages. Most women with anxiety love this way of communicating, as it is the most relaxing. By taking off any stress & distractions like being seen/observed on camera or in real life, or being on time for an appointment, we can focus on the most important, The Work!

Only if needed, we might do some audio or video calls (same price per minute/hour as voice & text messages).

Send me messages at anytime of the day or night and from anywhere.

On week days, I’ll reply to you the same day or the next day. Exceptionally with 1 day delay.

Weekends are free: we exchange only if we want during saturdays and sundays.

Examples:
1. You send me messages on monday
=> I answer monday or tuesday (exceptionally it could be wednesday).
2. You send me messages on friday
=> I answer wether on friday, saturday, sunday, or monday.
After the first unlimited first month, f you choose the option of paying per minute / hour, for maximum freedom of exchange, this is how we count:

To count our time of communication, i add the number of minutes for:
your voice messages

my voice messages

if any long texts messages sent or received, i count how much minutes it takes me to read or write them (voice messages are predominant in our communication).

for the final count, i add all the minutes from Voice and Text Messages from both part. I share with you the total of our exchanges in minutes and dollars, each week.

You can double check my counts at any time. I’ll explain you how.
Note: The first month package includes an unlimited time of communication!
From the second month onward, if you choose to pay by the minute/hour, i will count each week our exchanges.Feel free to ask any questions.
