Spirituality
What I’ve learned
Curious about God and existential questions since childhood. Began to explore sprituality and meditation as an adult.

  • started practicing intensively meditation 25 years ago with Thich Nhat Hanh teachers

  • studied religions and different forms of spiritualities, since the age of 16

  • existential questioning in early childhood and rare strong intuition (during the day and dreams). Important events while teenager, drove me to dig deep into the subject of spirituality.

  • studied several spirituality & religions, mostly buddhism, hinduism and christianity.

  • dived into non-duality with a form of Yoga called Tantric Yoga from Cashmere (nothing to do with the sexual tantra), 25 years ago.
    Few names as a reference: Jiddhu Krishamurti, Ramana Maharshi, Ma Ananda Mayi, Jean Klein. I studied with students of them and on my own.

  • practiced various styles of meditations during all my life

  • Regular meetings with renown spiritual leaders since young adult

  • until my exploration of spirituality, i felt no spiritual roots as I grew up with no religion/spirituality

  • existential questions since child could hardly find answers around me

  • around 27 years old, during 2 years of heavy health issues (see MOVEcalma biography for more), i dug very intensively into ancient books and knowledge. That changed my life. I became the most happy i have been in my life, even though my body was extremely broken and painful 24/24.
