What I’ve learned
My passion for nutrition since young adult
is about the effects of nutrients on the body and mind.

  • Nutrition and naturopathy, french school (Robert Mason) – 2005 to 2007

  • Online US school ‘Integrative Nutrition’ – 2012

    Note: i learned the most from my own experimentation and observations and from my autodidact researches, experienced and the help of successful nutritionists. 

  • born in a family of grand-parents restaurateurs and parents food lovers in Paris. They made me try and appreciate all type of foods…

  • studied and experienced all diets by myself, for 15 years. I went vegan, vegetarian, raw vegan, raw omnivore, raw carnivore etc. My goal was to be ethical first, then to improve the PCOS (ovaries, hormonal disbalance) and feel at my best health. I also studied and tried all the less extreme diets, my favorite being the Weston Price approach. I do not follow any specific diet anymore, just taking the best of all.

  • started to be vegan at the age of 20, for ethics. Lasted continuously for about 10 years. I stopped because of health issues…

  • strict fruitarian with long mono-diets for 2 years 2006 to 2008

  • created and managed the first frugivore forum in France – 2007 to 2009

  • co-created and co-managed a raw food successful large restaurant in koh phangan, thailand – 2010 to 2012

  • co-created successfully an online shop of high quality affordable fruits for Europe – 2012 to 2017

  • did many fastings on water only, around 30 to 35 years old. I did fastings of 15 days, 10 days, many 3, 2 and 1 days etc. For healing and self-exploration. 

  • where am i now? eating a simple omnivore highly nutritious diet since 10 years.
    I include all the knowledge i gained from all the nutrition experiments i did. Basically, i take out the best for me out of all diets! My health, energy and mood are stable and i feel the best i have ever been.

  • during my studies, official and autodidact, i gained knowledge and experience with various vitamins and other nutrients. I use them daily, in the form of food and supplements. They brought me to the next level of health (body & brain).

  • I always keep learning and improving. I was working just a couple of years ago with an experienced and successful nutritionist in Los Angeles.

  • since childhood, i was always eating a mostly ‘healthy’, whole food diet. Though way too high in grains for me.

  • developed symptoms of pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome) in puberty years (genetics, mom’s deficiencies while in the womb, and later on triggered even more by an inappropriate diet)

  • worked on improving the pcos (we cannot really heal from this syndrom, but improvements are possible). First with Doctors and healthcare professionals, then on my own for 25 years. Hormones levels are much more harmonized now. I am not suffering much from the pcos anymore, all symptoms shrinked thanks to the diet and supplements.

  • anxiety and unstable energy levels were also related to a diet that didn’t fit the needs of my body, despite being a natural whole food diet

  • for the last past 10 years, i focused also on improving my nervous system with foods.

    My ethics and hormonal disbalance lead me to learn about the immense healing power of nutrients, in food & supplements.
    Nutrition then became a fascination and a passion.

    In 2025, i harvested the biggest fruit of all my efforts since decades with foods and supplements…
    After a lifelong of infertility (due to severe PCOS / hormonal imbalance since teenager), at 46 years old, i became mother of a very healthy boy in beginning 2025 (read my page on Hormones & Fertility on my other website, lifecalma.com).
