Welcome here, I am Chaya!

I created LifeCalma-Anxiety to help other women manage and reduce their anxiety far more quickly than I did.

I took me many years studying, researching, and going through therapy to finally understand how to regulate my nervous system and calm my anxiety.
I’ve faced lots of
challenges in life, but overcoming chronic anxiety has been one of my greatest transformation.

A few things about me:
• I’m 45, with 18 years of experience coaching women (2025).
• Originally from France, I’ve been living abroad for over 13 years.
• Fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
• I have a deep love for music, nature, research, and human connection.
• Supporting and educating others has always been at the heart of who I am.
• I’ve been often told I’m an exceptional listener – and I take that to heart.


Educational Experience:


• Over 20 years of guidance from respected teachers and institutions across various health fields.

Part of my healing journey involved discovering I’m on the autism spectrum, with a very active and analytical mind. Understanding this helped me soften my anxiety, learn to feel safer in the world, and it deepens how I support other sensitive, deep-thinking women today.
• Self-taught, thorough researcher and perpetual student.

I deeply understand how to listen with compassion to others’ suffering and have learned to guide people toward greater freedom in their lives.
