Welcome here, I am Chaya!

I created LifeCalma with the aim of helping other women lower and manage their excessive anxiety much faster than I did.

I spent many years studying, researching, and undergoing therapy to know how to regulate my nervous system and anxiety.
I’ve been through
a lot of challenges in my life, but removing my high anxiety was the biggest of all.

Some facts about me:
• 45 years old, with 17 years of experience coaching women (2024).
• French by origin. Living abroad for over 13 years.
• Fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
• Passionated about music, nature, and people.
• Helping and educating others has been my lifelong passion.
• People say that i’m an exceptional listener.


Educational Experience:


• Received 20 years of guidance from respected teachers and schools on various health subjects.
• Late discovered Gifted, with high functioning autism (Asperger).
• Always have been fascinated by learning, though, exams & diplomas were mostly meaningless in my eyes, and highly anxiogenic. I often left schools right before completing final exams (quite common in Aspergers).
• Autodidact, high quality researcher and forever learner.

I know how to listen others’ deep sufferances with compassion. I’ve learned to guide others towards greater freedom in their lives.
